You must create an account to use Roya AI. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Roya AI for any unlawful purposes, to send spam or unsolicited messages, to impersonate others, to transmit harmful content, or to interfere with the service's operation. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated. Prices may change with 30 days notice. Refunds are provided according to our refund policy.

6. Intellectual Property

Roya AI and all related technology, branding, and content are owned by Webifyd Technologies. You retain ownership of your data and content. By using our service, you grant us a license to process your data to provide the service.

7. Data Protection

We handle your data in accordance with UAE data protection laws and our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consents to use customer data with our chatbot service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webifyd Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Roya AI.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
